A Lifetime of Movement,
A Career of Mastery

Fitness isn't just a hobby for me; it is a 35-year journey of testing the limits of the human body. My approach to training is rooted in the belief that whether you are on a lifting platform, a marathon course, or a ballroom floor, your body is an instrument that requires precision, science-backed nutrition, and a resilient mindset.

Outside of the gym, I have spent over 25 years as the Program Director for Museum Studies at Harvard Extension School. This academic background defines my coaching style: I am a researcher and an educator at heart. I don't just tell you what to do; I help you understand the why.
